I had always known that I wanted to be my own boss. With a background in Business Administration and experience in the corporate world, I was naturally drawn to the online service provider space when I discovered it. It felt like the perfect way to combine structure, strategy, and meaningful support to create my business.
What started as virtual support quickly became something much deeper. I wasn’t just helping with tasks. I was learning how online businesses truly worked from the inside out. Over time, I began noticing inefficiencies, spotting opportunities for improvement, and naturally stepping into project leadership and systems thinking.
That curiosity and hands-on experience became the foundation of what is now Lily Virtual. Today, I bring six years of experience supporting business owners with clarity, structure, and operations that truly support their growth.
